英文Abstract：In order to make safe digital image transmit on the network， a novel color image encryption scheme is proposed based on scrambling and diffusion. Firstly， the chaotic system is used to generate the scan path of the SCAN method， then the image matrix is scrambled. Secondly， the generated random sequence is used to perform a diffusion operation on the scrambled matrix. Then a wavelet transformation is performed on the image matrix after diffusion to obtain the four sub-band coefficients， and the chaotic sequences generated above are used to scramble. Finally， we perform the inverse wavelet transform to obtain a cipher-text image. Experimental results show that the encryption algorithm has high security and efficiency.
